By accessing or using oz.fish you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Accounts & Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account and list livestock. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Keep your password secure and do not share account access
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• One account per person — duplicate accounts are not permitted

Livestock & Listings

oz.fish is a platform for the sale of legally kept aquarium livestock within Australia. All users are responsible for ensuring their listings comply with applicable state and federal legislation.

• You may only list species you legally own and are permitted to sell
• Listings must accurately represent the livestock being offered
• You must not list any species prohibited under Australian law
• Sellers are responsible for the welfare of livestock until delivery or collection
• Misrepresentation of livestock condition or species is grounds for account suspension

Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on oz.fish:

• Listing or trading prohibited, invasive, or illegally obtained species
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward other users
• Spam, scamming, or fraudulent listings
• Posting false or misleading information
• Attempting to circumvent platform security or payment systems
• Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or a permanent ban at our discretion.

Transactions & Disputes

oz.fish is a classifieds platform. We facilitate connections between buyers and sellers but are not a party to any transaction. We are not responsible for the outcome of any sale, trade, or exchange arranged through the platform.

Users are encouraged to exercise due diligence, use secure payment methods, and arrange safe collection or freight. In the event of a dispute, we may assist in mediation at our discretion but are under no obligation to do so.

Limitation of Liability

oz.fish is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to livestock loss, financial loss, or data loss.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
